Hilary Duff Gives Her Blessings

Hilary Duff showed her charitable side today at an event in Boca Raton, Florida.  She was there to support the cause Blessings In A Backpack, which helps meet the nutritional needs of children and families on weekends. So the children take the food home in a little backpack. Such a great idea!

Hil says, "I like to donate my time and feed people and make a difference and help people that aren't as fortunate as me. It's cool to do that it's not dumb… You come to the school and it makes it all real, you get to see the people that are taking the food home this weekend and are getting to feed their brothers and sisters at home. Bring something to the table in the family."
