It's been nearly a year since Hilary Duff married Canadian NHL player Mike Comrie, and, like any marriage, it's had its difficulties, but the two are closer than ever.
Hollyscoop caught up with Hilary at the ‘Bloodworth’ movie press junket, and she told us: "He was in Pittsburg playing hockey so I was back-and-forth all the time, It's another year where a lot of big changes happened."
Indeed, life has not been the same for the young star. Kim K, take note!
"It’s changed a lot, being married is a different thing," Hilary told us. "It's really exciting we spent a lot of time together this year which was nice.
In addition to her role as wife, Hilary recently filmed the drama Bloodworth and has two more upcoming films, including a Bonnie and Clyde remake and She Wants Me. And that's not all she's been up to in the past year:
"I wrote two books, and we're remodeling a house right now," Hilary told Hollyscoop.
Duff began dating Comrie in 2007. The two announced their engagement in February of last year and married in August. Duff's novel, Elixir was released in the Fall and is aimed at young adults.
Duff has been linked to Bonnie and Clyde for quite a while, and filming will finally begin in Selma, Alabama this summer.
