Helio Castroneves Didn't Pay His Taxes

Didn't Helio Castroneves learn anything from Richard Hatch from Survivor? It doesn't matter that you won a reality show competition, you still have to pay your taxes!

The two-time Indianapolis 500 champ will be in Miami on Friday to answer charges of federal tax evasion. He, along with his sister Kati, and attorney Allan Miller, have been indicted for concealing more than $5 million in wages over a four year time.

They allegedly took that company and siphoned it into a Panama-based shell company from 1999 to 2004. If he's convicted, Helio could face a maximum penalty of 35 years in prison. Just goes to show you, no one ever gets away with it!
