Helio Castroneves and Girlfriend Are Expecting

Things are definitely looking up for Helio Castroneves. He was acquitted of tax evasion charges in April, just months after winning it all on Dancing With The Stars.

Helio Castroneves Asks Judge to Delay Tax Evasion Trial

Race car driver and former Dancing With the Stars champion, Helio Castroneves, is scheduled to appear in court this March. Helio is charged with conspiracy and tax evasion and could end up paying taxes on $5.5 million in income that he kept in offshore accounts.

He did plead 'not guilty' and the judge set him free on $10 million bail. Now Helio is asking the court to delay his trial from March to November of 2009.

Helio Castroneves appeared in court today and pleaded not guilty to charges of conspiracy and six counts of tax evasion.
