For whatever reason, Donald Trump thought it would be a great idea to have
Heidi Montag perform at the 2009 Miss Universe Pageant on Sunday night.
Montag lip-synced her "Body Language" song from her debut album, but NBC wisely blocked out more than half of her performance to show photos of the top 15 finalists.
“I think people don’t know what to expect, and how can they? It’s my first performance live and it’s in front of a billion eyes. So I’m very excited to show everyone what I’m coming with,” said Montag prior to her performance. “I’m very excited for everybody to see this,” she said. “I think a lot of people are expecting something very different.”
Before the show, Spencer tweeted, “Everyone I ask you to please say a huge prayer for @heidimontag’s first performance for 1 billion eyes tonight on NBC for Miss Universe!”
She seemed like she was trying really hard to pull a Britney...think 2000 VMA's. Did you happen to catch her performance? What did you think of it?
