Heidi Montag Splits from Spencer Pratt

We did NOT see this coming!!! Heidi Montag has left her husband Spencer Pratt, and moved out of the family home.

Heidi's rep confirms to Hollyscoop that they did in fact break up. "Yes the split is real," Heidi's rep tells us.

The two are currently not together but Heidi is not rushing to divorce. "What I can say is that its a separation for now, not divorce," her rep adds.

We should have known, seeing as though Heidi just tweeted on Tuesday, "I am not Heidi Pratt, I am Heidi Montag."

Apparently Heidi wants to find a new place to move into in Malibu. But let’s take this for what it is. Knowing both Spencer and Heidi, this could all be a publicity stunt. Based on their track record, it definitely wouldn’t be beneath them to stage a break-up for more press.
