Spencer Pratt Has No Money Left
According to TMZ, Heidi showed up at the Santa Monica courthouse this morning to make things official. Despite what is being reported elsewhere, Montag did not file for divorce.
Heidi and Spencer Lying About Split
Her legal separation will ensure that her earnings will become her separate property from the date of separation. Heidi reportedly went to the Malibu Courthouse earlier this morning to try to file but was told they don't handle family cases there and was sent to Santa Monica.
That’s probably the smartest thing she’s ever done—don’t let Spencer take one more dime of your money, girl!
