Heidi And Spencer's Wedding Not Legal

Looks like Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt are just going to have to stage a whole new wedding again for the tabloids, because their Mexican nuptials aren’t legal.

According to U.S. law, couples must petition ten days before the event in order to make it legal. They also must undergo bloodtests, provide birth certificates, and fill out other paperwork at least two days before the ceremony, all details Heidi and Spencer must have forgotten whilst sipping Margaritas prior to their quicky wedding.

We’re sure these two have a plan up their sleeve though. Celebrities are really into the double wedding right now anyways: having a small secret ceremony, and then a bug one later on. They can follow in the footsteps of Mel B., Scarlett Johansson, and Jessica Alba now!
