Heidi and Spencer are looking to buy! A video surfaced on the web yesterday of the two checking out pads in Malibu.

And these aren't any old houses. They're beachfront properties in the $15 million range.

According to the realtor who is showing the houses, Heidi and Spencer are "serious buyers."

How is it possible that they have made that much money off of being douchebags? It's unbelievable!
