Heather Mills Is A New York Resident

It's official. The world's most famous gold digger is officially a resident of New York.  Heather Mills has just purchased a $5 million condo in the West Village. 

A real estate expert says, "It's a very special property. She will have important neighbors."

Uh, ok, whatever that means. One thing's for sure about her neighbors, she won't be getting any "welcome to the neighborhood" baskets!
