TMZ has just unveiled some strange details surrounding
Heather Locklear's DUI bust.
The woman who called 911 on Heather was former Us Weekly editor
Jill Ishkanian, who is currently being investigated by the FBI for allegedly hacking into Us Weekly's computer system to locate celebs after she left the publication.
Apparently Jill had been following Heather all around Montecito that day. When Heather left a grocery store Jill called 911 and allegedly told them that Heather was driving under the influence, even though she wasn't even in her car yet. After she called 911 she called the paparazzi. What a nut case!
When the cops pulled Heather over, they concluded that she wasn't drinking and driving, but she was reportedly under the influence of prescription medication.
Do people seriously have nothing better to do with their time then follow celebrities around waiting for a slip up so they can call the cops? This woman needs some serious help!
