Heather Locklear won’t be facing any jail time for her DUI she got in September.
Her lawyer pleaded no contest to misdemeanor reckless driving charges this morning in a Santa Barbara courthouse.
Heather didn’t even have to show up! But the judge gave her three years probation, a $700 fine, and she must attend a 12-hour drug education class. That’s nothing! She really lucked out.
But things seem to be on the up and up for Heather now. E! is reporting that she has been approached to reprise her role on the upcoming Melrose Place spinoff.
They report, "The CW is courting Heather Locklear. I don't think anyone else from the original has been approached yet." That’s exactly what Heather needs to restart her career!
