Wrong, I was having dinner in San Diego last November, Ms. Locklear was having dinner with a friend at an table close to mine. Midway through the evening I was able to strike up a conversation with her and her friend, she was as friendly as anyone could ask. When I asked If I could have a picture with her, she even waited until I could get my camera out of my car. A very beautiful and charming lady. And she looked great. Have the pictures to prove it, with no photo retouching.
