Michelle Williams' Father Sends His Condolences

Heath Ledger

Heath Ledger's ex-girlfriend was on her way back to New York City immediately after hearing the horrible news about Heath. The two have a daughter together, Matilda Rose.

Michelle's father told The Daily Telegraph that Heath's death has left his family heart broken. He described him as a "great talent" and an amazing father.

"I think Tennyson got it right in the poem when he described someone as having died at a young age but burning the candles at both ends, and oh what a beautiful flame he made, that was Heath, what a beautiful flame he made and a great talent."

"My heart goes out to everyone in his family and my family."

"The saddest thing is his daughter whom he just loved dearly."

I'm still in a state of shock! This is such a tragic thing and as Williams' dad said, it is very sad that Matilda will never really get to spend time with her dad. Sad.

Who cares the news! I'm just interested in searching these celebs on my own. Recently I found the last words of Heath in his personal profile on bikermingle.com. Seems it's true.

I feel for Matilda. I lost my father at 3 years old and I don't remember him at all. So sad.

This is not the time to be advertising for your dating service company or what ever other company you might be working for AMEBK. I don't know where you get off trying to do something like that. You should have more capassion for him and his family.

I agree La Chat. I think the web master should take his/her or IT commet out.

Not to be disrespectful, but it was Edna St. Vincent Millay, not Tennyson, who wrote the famous prose about the candle burning at both ends. In any case, it is an appropriate quote in this situation.

My candle burns at both ends; It will not last the night; But ah, my foes, and oh, my friends-- It gives a lovely light! First Fig - Edna St. Vincent Millay

I am so heart broken at the loss of a wonderful actor, a loving father, and a beautifu person. this world will miss you Heath. be at peace. this is for you. A life worth keeping By Dawn M. Gable The pain is in the depth of his eyes, a hurtful sorrow behind the smile; The agony that know one else can know, The life he lived, he felt was all a lie. The dark depression it attacked him it dragged him into it’s depths Unable to fight it off anymore From this world he now has left. We all will sorely miss him This beautiful child of God Tears are flowing at the sudden loss Of the life that will be no more. No longer will be heard his loving voice Never again will he be seen But up in heaven only God knows This life, it is a life worth keeping. So God will now protect him keep him close and what is more. He now smiles down upon us, For in the dark depths he is no more. So now we only wish for him That his tears he had shed are ending And keep in his thoughts forever, that his life was a life worth keeping. In loving memory of Heath Ledger 04/04/1979-22/01/08
