Mary Kate Olsen is off the hook! After all the
drama from earlier this week, the U.S. Attorney's Office has closed their investigation in the Heath Ledger death.
They have decided to close the case of his accidental overdose, which means they will not enforce the subpoena against Mary-Kate Olsen, People Magazine reports.
No charges were filed throughout the investigation of Ledger’s death.
