Funeral Arrangements for Heath Ledger

Heath Ledger's family has been adamant about keeping Heath's funeral arrangements under wraps. Relatives are expected however, to arrive in New York on Friday.

They may have chosen to have his memorial service here, since this is where Heath's main residence was. We won't be publishing any information about the actual location of his funeral, nor will we publish photos of Michelle Williams out of respect for the family during this difficult time.

Outside Heath's apartment building, there are more than hundred bouquets of tulips, daisies, carnations and tropical flowers, along with candles, signs, notes and an Australian flag with a note that reads: "We will always be proud of you, Heath. Rest in peace, mate. You will be missed."

Hollywood has lost yet another talented actor at such a young age. Heath had so much more to give and I would take in each and every word he said, both in movies and interviews. He was a one in a million. He lives on thru his daughter....Peace be with you for enternity

I don't blame his family for keeping the funeral a more private affair espcially since their were the protest rumors. I think he was a wonderful person,a amazing actor, a awesome father and a genuine soul who should be respected always.

My heart goes out to his parents. To have to bury your son must be almost unbearable. I wish people would let them have a peaceful service without all the media and paps. But it won't happen. I do wonder if they will take him back home. While he did live here in NYC, his real home was Australia. Let's all send prayers to his family and his baby girl.
