Feds Investigating Two Docs For Heath Ledger's Death

Two doctors are being investigated by the federal drug authorities for the drugs they prescribed Heath Ledger. One doctor is in California and the other is in Texas.

Leger died earlier this month because he had mixed a bunch of prescription pills and now the federal agents are just checking out the docs that prescribed Ledger with the meds.

Note that this is still only an investigation, “We don’t know yet. The agents were there this week, and we are waiting to hear from them.”

These two docs had reportedly prescribed Ledger with Oxycontin and Vicodin. The reason they are being investigated is to see whether or not the painkillers were prescribed legally.

Why would they prescribe both Oxycontin and Vicodin? Aren’t they both painkillers? Oxycontin is just a horrible drug! Have you guys seen the 20/20 special that shows people hooked on Oxycontin? It’s not pretty.
