Country star Shania Twain looked stunning in this Monique Lhuillier gown at the 42nd Annual Academy Of Country Music Awards in Las Vegas.

It's too bad the dress had already had it moment in the spotlight when ‘Heroes’ star Hayden Panettiere sported it at the 2007 Golden Globe Awards a few months back.

Both women looked gorgeous in the dress, but you tell us....who wore it best?

Shania's dress is too small for her boobs. Besides, she is a poseur who only went into country music because she couldn't cut it as a rock singer.

Shania. She is a thin woman but still very curve. Anyone with eyes can see that. Her body fits into the dress so much better and she is a 40 year old woman who had a kid and looks amazing. She's one of the best built ladies ever. She took this from the teenager hands down.

Shania wore this SOOO much better. Shania has the better body for it, and it flatters her figure WAY more. Plus, Shania has a beautiful voice, so thats a plus!

Shania does look more womanly. She has darker skin; this makes the white dress come out even more. Hayden is pretty too; just looking at her, she's probably one that a great sense of humor. She would be good at SNL. Shania with her shin a little up and standing straight shows more class with this dress. Shania has a better build than Hayden though the latter has such beautiful curly hair. I'd say Shania is more elegant than Hayden in that dress. They are both sexy and attractive.......

Shania looks and fits the dress better because she is just a a gorgeous woman with a knockout body and face. I have never heard of Hayden, she looks like a little girl who can' t fill out a dress. Shania is a megastar known worldwide and she looks great in anything.

Shania looks radiant. Hayden looks uncomfortable. I think the straps may have something to do with it. Hayden's unnatural posture may be because she's worried that she may slip out of her dress.

I think Hayden wore it better. Hayden's shoes, hair, and accessories all look better with the grecian dress, while shania's look is too much, not to mention the clunky black platforms shoes do not go with that dress

Hayden wins this one, even though I think Shania is more beautiful. The dress is kind of grecian, and looks great strapless, and with Hayden's cascading curls.

this is a hard one. But if I must choose, I'd say Hayden; her shape is more curvy not stick thin like shania. But i love shania, I hope she comes out with a new album.
