Ne-Yo and Hayden Are Just Friends

Heroes hottie Hayden Panettiere seems to be linked to almost everyone in Hollywood these days. The latest target? Ne-Yo!

The two sparked rumors when they were spotted out in NYC together holding hands. Ne-Yo admits they were holding hands but denies any romance rumors.

When asked about the holding hands Ne-Yo responded, "I was helping her out of the car!" says the singer, 28. "She had these shoes – they were cute – but they were torture devices, so I had to help her."

"Hayden and I just met yesterday. We've only known each other for one day…She was hanging out with some friends and invited me to come out."

Ne-Yo and Hayden came together for charity. The two toured the Ronald McDonald houses in Detroit, Dallas, Philly, and NY.
