Hayden Panettiere's Dad Gets Charged With Assault

Sad day for the Panettiere family. Although they insisted everything was peachy keen after Hayden's father Alan was arrested when her mother called the cops on a domestic disturbance call, the police still thought the situation was sketchy.

An LA judge ruled today that Alan was guilty of domestic battery for punching his wife Lesley at their home in West Hollywood in August.

He faces up to a year in prison if convicted. That family needs to quit boozing so much at charity events and getting into frat boy fights! But sure, like before, it's all a big misunderstanding.
