Word on the block is that Milo Ventimiglia has been ring shopping and is ready to propose to his girlfriend Hayden Panettiere.
According to In Touch, “Milo was looking at rings in late June,” a close pal says. “He really likes Cartier and intends to spend around $200,000.”
