Hayden Panettiere Dating Boxing Champ

Hayden Panettiere had one heck of a New Years celebration. She was in Miami to see Lady Gaga perform at the Fountainbleu Hotel and of course spend some quality time with her new man--who happens to be 6'6" boxing champion Wladimir Klitschko.

Access Hollywood reports that Hayden, who is just under five feet, was getting very cozy with the champ over the weekend.

“They appeared very cozy as they hung out, and she appeared to dote over him,” an onlooker said.

“When they both stood up, you couldn’t help but notice how tiny and fragile she looked next to his rippling torso.”

This isn't the first time the 33-year old Ukranian born boxer has been seen with the pint sized actress. The two were photographed together back in February 2009 in Los Angeles.

They were also linked to one another back in March 2008 when Hayden had just broken up with her Heroes co-star Milo Ventimiglia.

Guess the two have been dating for a while. Little girls do like the big bad boys!

everybody's beautiful lol. and to the person below, ruby, she's short, not even 5'3" i think, so most guys look like giants next to her. he's probably only around 6 feet or something.

Shes Beautiful. He's ummm tall. Young love im around her age and i prefer older men so as long as their happy i hope they last. :)
