Arrest Warrant Issued for Hayden Panettiere

November 15, 2007

This has to be the funniest thing I've heard all week. E! news is reporting that there is a warrant issued for Hayden Panettiere in Japan.

"I learned today that I have an arrest warrant out for me in Japan because of what I did for Save the Whales," Panettiere said.

"I was very excited that people were interested in what we did," she told E! "In this town, you tend to only get publicity for not wearing underwear or going to rehab."

When asked what the next step was regarding her arrest warrant, Panettiere said, "potentially jail, but I doubt it….I guess they could come here and get us, but probably not."

Why the hell would they issue a warrant out for something like that? And I thought we had stupid laws in the US.

Will they be coming any time soon to arrest her? I hope so. I can't stand this twat! The whole issue is that these idiot activists and celebritwats think every country is like the USA. Japan has its own laws and they just may not take to kindly to foreigners interfering in their country.Japanese having their own protesters is one thing, but foreigners seeking publicity is quite another.I seiously doubt they will send someone all the way from Japan to arrest this idiot, it's more or less a warning to butt out.
