Hayden was photographed with Lindsay's ex boyfriend Harry Morton taking a stroll down the beach in Malibu with his two dogs.

So who is Harry? He's the President and CEO of Pink Taco Restaurants. He's also the son of Hard Rock Cafe co-founder Peter Morton and Grandson of Morton's founder Arnold "Arnie" Morton. Cha-ching!
