Harrison Ford Waxes His Chest For The Environment

Celebrities have their own quirky ways to convince people to go green, but Harrison Ford's just might go down as the weirdest. The longtime environmental campaigner had his chest waxed to show the pain involved in deforestation.

As vice chairman of the group Conservation International, Ford found it fitting to subject himself to the "beauty" treatment to raise awareness about the conversion of global forested areas. Aaaaaaaah!!! Kelly Clarkson!!!

Harrison Ford is awesome. The group Conservation International does stuff with Pearl Jam and Dixie Chicks. Very cool group. What's up with the chest wax?? Now I really want to see this piece. What's up Hollyscoop, when is it airing? Where?

I'm not a donor to Conservation International, but when Harrison is filmed getting a Brazilian bikini wax to protest the destruction of the Amazon Rainforest, I will get out my checkbook.

Mr Ford is a great actor. I try to see every movie he makes but he could do more for the environment if he would get rid of all those airplanes he flies around in instead of chest hairs. They emit more polutants in a year than most of us do in a lifetime.

Tibet is a autonomous region (self-ruled by the local residents)There are many ethnic groups live in tibet...such as Lhoba,Moinba,Naxi,NU,Drung,Mongolian,Sherpa,Han,Hui,Deng, tibetan. The land of tibet was part of China for more than 1,400 yrs. At that time the present ethnic tibetan were not even there. They considered themselves Chinese & wanted to remain as part of China. Those few trouble makers(dalai liar lama & his little group plan & incite to loot & riot even killing his own tibetans) cannot detate policy for them & constantly try to get a few trouble makers to loot & riot. Foreigners visit tibet never seen those lies that told by dalai liar lama.Dalai Lama had done towards his own people when he enslaved, tortured and murdered Tibetans under his rule as a self proclaimed god. Over the years China have built many hospitals,schools,colleges,universities,roads,railway - carry fresh vegetables,fruits to Lahsa at a bargain price,all the local products can be carried away to be sold, with railway people can travel in faster speed & in comfort at bargain price. Tremendously improve local living standard,income,housing,employment,supply of daily necessary goods.dalia liar lama create more trouble for the people in tibet by making their life nonpeaceful & unbearable.
