Miley was making about $15,000 an episode while on Hannah Montana, which sounds like a lot, but that's chump change compared to what some other young stars were making.
Angus T. Jones, who is Charlie Sheen's co-star on Two and a Half Men is making more money a week than most people make in a decade.
According to the New York Post, he makes $250,000 an episode! Most people don't even know his name and he makes a ton more than stars like Miley, Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato.
Here's a list of what young stars make according to Hollywood Life:
Angus T. Jones, 16, stars alongside Charlie Sheen in the CBS sitcom Two and a Half Men and makes $250,000
Miranda Cosgrove, 16, makes $180,000 for her role in Nickelodeon’s hit show iCarly
Selena Gomez, 17, plays Alex Russo on Disney’s Wizards of Waverly Place and rakes in $25,000
Dylan and Cole Sprouse 17, each make $20,000 for their roles on Disney’s The Suite Life
Keke Palmer, 16, makes $20,000 for each episode of Nickelodeon’s True Jackson
Miley Cyrus, 17, $15,000 per episode of Disney’s Hannah Montana
Rico Rodriguez, 11, $15,000 for his role on ABC’s Modern Family

Victoria Justice, 17, $12,000 for each episode of Victorious
Atticus Shaffer, 11, makes $12,000 for his role on ABC’s The Middle

Hannah Montana will wrap production forever in 2010, reps for Disney confirmed to the New York Post Friday.
"You never know in this business . . . but right now we're scheduled to wrap [forever] after shooting this new batch of episodes," says Disney Channel Worldwide's Adam Bonnett, senior VP/programming.
The show still averages nearly 5 million viewers a week but Miley is ready to move on from the show. The fourth season will start filming on January 18th and end sometime this summer.
"The [new] episodes will continue to roll out at least over a full year," he says.
The Season 3 finale, "Is Miley Saying Goodbye?" and slated to air in mid-March, is "a big one-hour event where we find out what Miley Stewart's decision is going to be," Bonnett says.
"It's one of the things she's been wrestling with for months -- whether it's time to make a decision to continue being Hannah Montana or just be a regular, ordinary girl."
Do you think it’s a good idea for Miley to end Hannah Montana? Do you think her star power will die out after the show? Or will she become a living legend?

In an interview with Access Hollywood, Billy Ray Cyrus said there will be one more season, at the request of Miley. He said, “Quite frankly, I give a lot of credit to Miley for taking it to another year. She didn’t want it to just end with whatever was the last episode we did. She wanted it to build to where there’s a moral to the story, to where it doesn’t just end and go away and that’s it. She wanted there to be an official ending to Hannah Montana.”
“We’ll start season 4 sometime around the end of January. We have to be done by the first week of June in the summer of next year.”
He’s probably bummed because he’ll be out of a job again! Maybe Miley can get Billy Ray on board for her next project.

President of Entertainment Gary Marsh announced the news today saying that while the show will be back, fans can expect some changes to occur. The first being the family kissing their Malibu beachfront home goodbye!
Marsh said in a statement today, "Hannah Montana has become one of the most iconic series in television history. That is a direct result of the extraordinary collaboration between the show's producers, writers and cast - all of whom constantly challenge each other to raise the bar, comedically, musically and from a storytelling perspective. In keeping with that approach, Miley and the producers have proposed a change of setting for Season Four that will provide the catalyst for wonderful new characters and further expand the storytelling opportunities."
Miley may be back next season, but we’ll guess this will probably be her last!

They’re recognizing Miley Cyrus for her kindness towards chickens that were used during the filming of the Hannah Montana: The Movie.
Miley reportedly became so attached to one of the chickens that she took it home with her —and sent several others home with her mother. Miley reportedly felt sorry for the chickens because “they were sad to be working.”
Cue the “awwwwws.” Dan Shannon, PETA’s assistant director of Youth Outreach and Campaigns, says, “Miley’s heart is as big as her smile. We hope that her act of compassion will inspire her fans to be kind to animals too.”
Later this month, Miley will receive a framed certificate and a card signed by PETA staffers to acknowledge her Compassionate Citizen Award.
Well that’s certainly a first from PETA! Now Miley better not mess it up by wearing a leather jacket out in public!

Miley spoke with Ryan Seacrest yesterday and when Ryan asked her if she wanted to marry Justin Gaston. Miley replied, “If he gets a pretty ring.”
But Miley’s mom was quick to shoot down any possible nuptial planning that may be in the works. Hollyscoop caught up with Miley and her mom at the Hannah Montana movie premiere in Hollywood yesterday, and got the exclusive scoop on just how serious this relationship really is.
Hollyscoop asked Tish if she thought she’d have a son-in-law anytime soon, she replied, “She's 16. When I was 16 I thought...okay. I'm not saying she doesn't care, but when i was 16 I defiantly thought that too, I was going to marry early. So we’ll see.”
Tish Cyrus also dished that Miley has always secretly been obsessed with weddings. She says, “Well Miley has always since she was like 5 years old cut out wedding gowns and cakes so I think the thought of marriage every girl dreams of, but she's got a lot of growing up to do. I think we'll think about that in like 5 or 6 years. I think I got married at 23 so we'll talk then.”
Hollyscoop was able to talk to Miley herself as well, who said point blank, “I’m not getting married!”
We think we can all breathe a huge sigh of relief on that one!

The girls are eager to see Miley's new movie Hannah Montana: the Movie, but they were told they have to wait for the release date, just like everyone else.
Miley confirmed that the first daughters asked for a sneak peak of her new movie, but unfortunately, they won't be getting any special treatment from Hannah Montana.
She says, "They want me to send them a copy, so we will - but, like everyone else, they have to wait 'til April 10th. Even the President."
Uh hello... it's the Presidents daughters! If she's making them wait like the general population, the movie better deliver, or else there goes all her future invitations to the White House.

Richard Fronduto filed a lawsuit in LA Court Wednesday claiming he wrote an idea for a show called The Secret Life Of Sindi, which he then pitched to Disney. In fact, the studio loved it so much at the time that they asked him to turn in into a two-hour pilot episode! That was 1990.
Cut to 2006, and Hannah Montana is the most popular kid's show on TV. You'd probably be pissed too! Richard says it was his story idea for a young girl to be leading a double life as both an ordinary teenager and a pop star.
The papers reveal that Fronduto found numerous similarities between his discarded pilot episode and the Hannah Montana show - with both featuring a teenage girl who leads a double life as an ordinary teen and successful pop star. Both programs also allegedly contained a 'single-dad' character who acts as the teen's manager.
Fronduto is asking for a "Created by" credit on all future publications and broadcasts of Hannah Montana, as well as damages.
This isn't the first time Disney has been sued for Hannah Montana. In 2007, Buddy Sheffield also claimed to have created the concept for the hit show. We never heard anything coming out of that lawsuit, so we'll have to wait and see if Richard's fate is different. If he did in fact come up with the idea, he's definitely entitled to some money! Hannah Montana has been a huge cash cow for Disney!

After a heated shoe fight with Tyra Banks, Hannah is sent to the country to learn her lesson. Of course, she flies there on a private jet, but that’s normal for a teen idol, right?
Her “punishment” is hanging in the countryside with a hot guy, riding horses, and rope swinging into waterfalls. Sounds like a vacation to us!
In the end, Hannah has to decide which of her two personalities she wants to be. Which will she choose? Country bumpkin, or Hollywood star? Find out April 10th, and check out the new trailer in the mean time.

An Obama aide tells the New York Daily News, "It’s a generous invitation, but they simply aren’t going to be making decisions of that kind right now."
Explaining his decision to keep his daughters out of the limelight, Obama told U.S. TV show Good Morning America, "Generally, what makes them so charming is the fact that they’re not spending a lot of time worrying about TV cameras or politics, and we want to keep it that way."
We think that’s a pretty smart idea! If offers are already on the table, imagine what’s coming!
