Yesterday it was reported that Halle Berry was planning to ask her custody judge for permission to move to France with Nahla. While originally speculated that the move was a punitive one toward her baby daddy Gabriel Aubry, turns out, nope, she just doesn’t want to die.
Robert Hoskins, a "violent and psychotic" man convicted of stalking both Halle and Madonna, has escaped from a psychiatric unit near Los Angeles.
Hoskins threatened to slit Halle Berry's throat if she did not marry him. Not exactly the best way to propose.
A source said "Friends are scared for her life because Robert Hoskins wants to kill her."
Police are currently on the hunt for Hoskins, who served 10 years in jail before he was deemed a "mentally disturbed offender," and the moved him to a psychiatric hospital in 2006.
A statement from LAPD said: "Hoskins is a very psychotic man when not taking his medication and has very violent tendencies.” Madonna gave evidence at his trial in 1996, saying she was having recurring nightmares about the man. She said that Hoskins told her bodyguard:
"He was there to take me away ... that I was supposed to be his wife, that if he couldn't have me, he was going to slice my throat from ear to ear."
Hoskins had scaled a wall and jumped into Madonna's pool before a guard shot him twice.
Friends of Halle's told TMZ that she's concerned because those Starmaps and Hollywood bus tours take tourists right to her doorstep.
I knew those things were trouble.
