Halle Berry\'s Fancy Lawyer Helps Her Win Custody War
Halle Berry and her baby daddy Gabriel Aubrey got back in the ring were back in court today battling it out for their 2 year-old daughter Nahla. It's a good thing these two never married or else blood would have been shed by now.

Anyway, back to Nahla, Halle wanted to take her daughter to New York with her to tape 'New Years Eve' but Gabby boy told her it wasn't happening. Long story short, Halle passed up the role and Katherine Heigl took over, but now a judge has granted Halle permission to temporarily move to NYC.

Halle's lawyer, Neal Hersh, tells TMZ, "We are pleased the judge took the time to deal with this very imminent and important issue. The judge read a great deal of paperwork and gave us time to argue." Hersh added, "Halle is very pleased with the judge's order."

First, we all know 'New Years Eve' is going to tank at the box office, just like 'Valentine's Day', and second, it's pretty obvious she just wants to move to NYC to be closer to her new man Oliver Martinez. Don’t these two realize their daughter is going to grow up and read about how much her parents hate each other? Sad.
