I knew Halle Berry’s judgment was off after Catwoman came out, but her choice in men might be even worse.
Halle’s ex and the father of her child, Gabriel Aubry, is being investigated for criminal child endangerment and battery—over an incident involving he and Halle’s daughter.
Law enforcement sources are telling TMZ that Gabriel allegedly pushed his nanny into a door while she was holding his daughter Nahla.
Aubry was supposed to take the three year-old to school last Wednesday, but decided to keep her home. The nanny, who works for both Gabriel and Halle, went to the school to pick Nahla up, but was told she wasn’t there.
From there, the nanny went to Gabriel’s home--and if you think this is starting to sound like a Lifetime movie, you’re not alone—and found Nahla there. The nanny picked her up and asked Gabriel why he didn’t take the child to school. A reasonable question, if for no other reason, because the woman wasted her gas to get there. That crap ain’t cheap.
“You’re the f-cking nanny,” Gabriel responded, according to the report. “Who do you think you are? You are a nobody. You don’t need to f-cking know anything.”
Then, if he doesn’t sound enough like a comic book villain already, Aubry pushed the nanny, who, by the way, is 5’2”, out the door. Nahla was in her arms.
The nanny filed a police report, claiming she was injured. Now law enforcement sources are investigating the charge. Child Protective Services is launching a separate child endangerment investigations. Halle’s reps have no comment.
