A week after escaping a mental hospital, Robert Dewey Hoskins has been captured.

Hoskins was imprisoned years ago for threatening and stalking the Queen of Pop, Madonna, saying that if she wouldn’t marry him, he would slit her throat from ear to ear (quite the charmer). Somehow, he walked out of the mental hospital without being noticed just a week ago.

Los Angeles police were searching for him, describing him as “highly psychotic.”
Between her ongoing custody battle with Gabriel Aubry and fighting off psychotic runaway stalkers, Halle Berry has had one heck of a week! Seriously, it’s been a terrible week for her.

Aubry is reportedly due to appear in Dependency Court because authorities are worried about his ability to safely care for his child.

According to TMZ, Aubry is in court right now and his appearance was spurred by an investigation by the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services’.

Hello, France!

Yesterday it was reported that Halle Berry was planning to ask her custody judge for permission to move to France with Nahla. While originally speculated that the move was a punitive one toward her baby daddy Gabriel Aubry, turns out, nope, she just doesn’t want to die.

Robert Hoskins, a "violent and psychotic" man convicted of stalking both Halle and Madonna, has escaped from a psychiatric unit near Los Angeles.
You…lied…to Oprah.

Back in December, the world was led to believe that Halle Berry was engaged to her longtime man, Olivier Martinez. Mostly because he bought her a big ol' emerald green ring and the jewelry store owner took it upon his or herself to say the two were engaged.

Turns out they weren't. Turns out it wasn't an engagement ring, either. It was just a giant
Sacrebleu! That's French for…something.

Halle Berry seems to be determined to get her daughter, Nahla, away from her ex and baby daddy Gabriel Aubry. A couple of weeks ago, it was speculated that she was possibly in cahoots with the nanny in filing a restraining order against Aubry.

The nanny claimed that Aubry pushed her while she was carrying Nahla, but the judge denied the restraining order.
When they make the kid draw what’s bothering her, I bet it’s going to be a picture of that emerald engagement ring next to a bunch of question marks.

The Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services has reportedly recommended Nahla, Halle Berry’s three year-old daughter with ex Gabriel Aubry, to get counseling. The department is investigating claims that Aubry pushed the child's nanny, Alliance Kamden, while she was holding the little girl.

At any rate, Aubry has a three year-old daughter with Berry, Nahla
