Gwyneth Paltrow's Adoption Plan

Hollywood mommy Gwyneth Paltrow and her hubby Chris Martin are planning on extending their family by adopting a child.

The couple already has two children, a three-year-old daughter, Apple and a 16-month-old son, Moses. Gwyneth said she doesn't know if she can cope with another pregnancy but they definitely want a bigger family.

Gwyneth told W magazine: "I have a dream version where I think, maybe in four years I'll have two in a row really quickly again - how fabulous to have a whole bunch of them!

"But then at that point, when everyone's potty-trained and sleeping through the night, are you really going to go back? My husband really wants to adopt. So I don't know - I'm sort of open for anything."

The adoption bandwagon business has been kind of slow lately so maybe after Gwyneth adopts, the trend will pick back up.

Adopting a needy child, is adopting a needy child regardless of where it's from. I guess a lot of people are drawn to helping children more, from very poor countries who have a smaller chance of being brought into a safe environment & country with opportunities for their future....but I guess a lot of people think you should help our your own country and it's children first?

$100 says they DON'T adopt a kid from the US OR England adoption lists that could use a really good family and instead jumps on the "underprivileged kids from poor countries" bandwagon. Surprise, surprise.

Who am i to judge someone elses heart, but it seems to me that these celebs adopt to gain noriety and acception from the public. I mean, they all act like they should recieve some award for adopting. If anything, i think they have turned the public into rolling their eyes at adoption. Thats sad because adoption is important and special. I feel they make a mochary out of it now. Lets wait and see if gweneth actually adopts or if shes only saying it to get her name out there in the ever flowing adoption pool that is hollyweird.
