Gwyneth Paltrow Thought Hollywood Forgot Her

How could anyone ever forget Gwyneth Paltrow? She's been the leading lady in countless films, and always delivers. But she said she was desperate to return to acting as soon as possible after giving birth because she thought Hollywood had forgotten about her. She made a conscious decision to take time off while pregnant with Moses so she could care for Apple, but admits to spending a lot of time worrying if she could ever make a comeback.

Gwyneth said she leapt at the chance to do Iron Man and Two Lovers to reclaim her status. She says, "I really did not know if there would be a place for me. Jodie Foster was right, especially if you are a woman and especially if you are not 25. Hollywood is pretty cut-throat, and everybody has a short memory. There is always someone who is younger or hotter or prettier."

Well she has definitely come back with a vengeance, doing the rounds for promoting the movie, and whoever is responsible for her new style deserves an award!
