Paltrow has just been appointed as an ambassador for the "Save The Children" charity. Her role in the charity will be to reduce the number of kids dying from preventable diseases around the world.
Paltrow will serve as ambassador for three years. It's a nice change of pace to see celebs using their fame for a good cause.
