Chris Martin because they're in the process of renovating a 33-room mansion in London.
Gwyneth and Chris are knocking down two huge London properties to create one massive house, which is estimated to be worth around £7 million.
A neighbor said: “It will be a massive house. What they have already is a substantial family home, but to double and add a bit on will make it a real mansion.”
They bought the first property from actress Kate Winslet for £2.4 million in 2004 and purchased the second property for £3.1 million in 2007, so these renovations are a long time coming.
Once everything is complete, there will be eight rooms on the lower ground floor, six on the next level, the first floor will boast five areas and there will be eight on the second.
According to reports, there will also be a two-story extension, which will hold a gym, changing room, three bedrooms and a bathroom.
The neighbor added: “No-one objected as they are not going to change the outside appearance of the property and the extension is on their land and a few other houses in the street have similar add-ons.”
What in the world is a family of four going to do with a 33-bedroom mansion? Sounds a little excessive if you ask us, but celebrities clearly live in their own world.
