After what seemed like one of the longest pregnancies in Hollywood history, Gwen Stefani is finally ready to give birth.
Stefani checked into Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in LA early this morning, and is scheduled to give birth via C-section at 10 a.m.
A pal of Stefani's tells In Touch, "Gwen's so excited to have this baby because she gained a lot of weight during this pregnancy."
"She is ready to meet her new baby and get her body back," the pal added.
Congrats to Gwen and Gavin! Can't wait to see the latest addition!
