When Gwen Stefani first heard of the California wild fires she was going to cancel, but it occurred to her that donating profits from her recent gig would benefit the victims more than a canceled show.
Stefani, who is a California native said, "When I heard about the devastation of the fires, at first I felt I should cancel my show out of respect, but then it occurred to me there might be a more useful solution."
All the proceeds from Stefani's Tuesday night concert in San Diego will go to those who suffered in the aftermath of the fires. Kudos to Gwen, let's get some more celebs on this bandwagon!
