Gavin Rossdale's Love Hate Relationship with the Tabloids

Gwen Stefani's main man Gavin Rossdale says he hates the paparazzi that constantly follow him and his wife around, and he can't stop his own mother from buying the weekly tabloids.

He says, "My mum loves seeing me in the magazines! I try to explain to her not to buy into it because if you do, you feed it (the media frenzy), but when I see them, I'm so vain I just get annoyed about how I look!"

Imagine how strange it must be going to a grocery store and as your waiting in line, your on the cover of half the weeklies. They all have a love/hate relationship with the press. One minute they love you, then next minute they're cussing you out. Can't we all just get along?
