Gwen Stefani better thank her lucky stars she has good security! Her London home was almost broken into over the weekend while she was in Singapore performing at the F1 Rocks concerts.

According to the Daily Mail, the door to the couple's $6.4 million house in Primrose Hill was smashed open on Saturday night at approximately 11.30pm local time. Local authorities were alerted on Sunday after a passer-by noticed the damaged entrance.

All of Gwen and Gavin’s stuff is in tact, but the same can’t be said for the couple’s tenant in the ground floor apartment. According to the report, the robbers broke into and stole jewelry from flat. They were unable to break into the upstairs home where Gwen and Gavin live with their two boys. Police sources say the burglars were stopped in their tracks because the couple's home is a "very secure venue."

Stefani and Rossdale's neighborhood is also home to James Bond star Daniel Craig and celebrity chef Jamie Oliver, so the burglars obviously knew they were targeting a high-profile area.

We’re so glad that they weren’t home during this incident! How scary!
