Don't call him poor Guy Ritchie anymore! He may be hooking up with Elle Macpherson!

The two were all smiles, leaving a Notting Hill Brasserie restaurant last night. They chatted until 12:30am, and then exited separately from the restaurant.

Onlookers say the two looked very much like a couple inside the restaurant as they enjoyed dinner.

We don't know about you, but we rarely hang with just a "friend" until the wee hours of the morning! For Guy's sake, we hope there's a relationship brewing here.
