It's Sarah Jessica Parker! In her defense, she was shooting a scene for Sex & the City. In the scene Carrie and Miranda meet up for lunch at Central Park.

Carrie can usually pull off some really crazy outfits but those leggings and that t-shirt dress thing she has going on are too much. Fashion miss!

She seems super sweet. And as for her looks, I don't think she thinks that she's all that...she's just very confident with herself. That's why all the strange outfits work for her. I knew that it was someone who was not to young, but I did not expect it to be Sarah. Which is weird because she is filming now in the NYCity. I have to say though that I am disappointed in that outfit she should have objected to wearing it in public.
