Dude, that's her real leg. That's what happens when you use drugs and don't eat healthfully and just rely on being naturally thin. Look at the larger picture, you can see clearly what her leg looks like. No photoshopping necessary.

I prefer Hollyscoop and am adamantly against reading Perez Hilton because that site reports biased and unkind items about celebrities just for the sake of it. Ladies, I still love you but honestly, I'm disappointed. ESPECIALLY in the full view shot, you can see the clear distinction of the photoshopped portion of her leg. The skin color and texture don't blend in- the editing was poorly done (I acknowledge that you did not actually photoshop this yourself) and this was unnecessary. Just compare her 2 legs- there's no validity when they both very look different.

I'm sure that's not hear real legs. It must be a photo, photoshopped in order to make her look awful. Although, I'm sure Kate Moss' skin must be a bit damaged from all the drugs and all the smoking, I doubt her legs look like that. We've seen many candid pictures of her where her legs looked, well, skinny naturally - she's a model - but nowhere near this hideous photo.

well the entire picture is just a horrible picture that might be photoshopped to make her look like she is 80. that or the drugs ahve really taken it's toll
