The Boston Business Journal reports that after three years on the market, the power couple have finally sold their Back Bay condo in Boston for nearly $2 million less that what they were asking.
Located at 310 Beacon Street, the four-unit property fills two floors and has three bedroom and 3 1/2 baths. The 5,311-square-foot condo has seven rooms and offers sweeping views of the Charles River river from the landscaped roof deck of the penthouse.
And for those warm summer nights in Beantown, the landscaped roof deck also comes with a sky kitchen. Other amenities throughout the home include a grand living room with vaulted ceiling and dual fireplaces; a magnificent master suite with a marbled master bath; his and her dressing rooms; a gym and a club room.
And to top it all off, you get direct access to an elevator and doorman.
Would you really expect anything less for the the highest paid supermodel in the world and her three time Super Bowl champion husband?
According the the MLS Property Information Network, the Back Bay condo was originally listed at $10.9 million and was reduced to $10.5 million last fall.
Suffolk County records indicate the property was sold Friday to "Beacon Street Nominee Trust 310" which is fronted by William Walser and Peter Mattoon. The duo appear to be real estate investors and own neighboring property.
But not to worry, Tom and Gisele won't be homeless. The super-duo already have quite a love next in California. The couple own a $20 million canyon home in the trendy Los Angeles neighborhood of Brentwood. The 22,000-square-feet palatial estate - that some might mistake for a four-star-resort - sits on 3.75 acres of land. Brady purchased the property in 2008 for $11 million and reportedly had plans drawn up for the property but then amended them because the home wasn't large enough.
The two-wing Brady chateau has eight bedrooms, a nursery for their son, Benjamin, a weight room, a wine cellar, an elevator, a six-car-garage, and a lagoon pool with spa.
Yeah, life is tough for these two.
