Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady’s new mansion looks like they took five regular houses, put them next to each other, added in a lake, tossed in a shopping mall, and called it “home.”
The NFL star and his supermodel wife have been building a massive estate in the affluent neighborhood of Brentwood, Los Angeles. It’s just about done, and it’s a sight to behold.
The $20 million estate is 22,000 square feet, has eight bedrooms , a six car garage, and a pool so big, it might actually count as Earth’s sixth ocean. I think I saw a beached whale in their cabana.
The couple has reportedly been living in their home with their 2 year-old son, Benjamin. The estate is nestled in a canyon and has two wings that are connected by a bridge.
The roofs are covered with solar panels, and Bundchen says that the palace is “environmentally friendly.” She claims they need all that space to house their “large, extended families.” Gisele also says the property utilizes energy-saving lighting, rainwater recovery systems, waste reduction and recycling programs, energy efficient appliances and is made from sustainable building materials.
"I believe that everybody is part of a single energy on the planet. Human beings and nature must live in harmony because we are one, we are connected,” Bundchen said.
And how does she plan to keep things close with Tom in their new, gigantic home?
"We always have the night at least once a week. Benjamin goes to sleep around 7:30 PM and, if Tom is home, we have dinner together so we have time to talk. You have to make time for what I call a couple's relationship."
