When actress Gillian Anderson took a tumble last night at the London premiere of the new film How to Lose Friends and Alienate People, the crowd panicked.

If this had been Paris Hilton or the notoriously clumsy Britney Spears, we wouldn't even be having this conversation. What you might not know is that Gillian Anderson, 40, is pregnant with her third child.

When she turned out to be fine, director Robert Weide joked with the audience, "Is there a lawyer in the house?" rather than the standard doctor request. Come on, this is Hollywood, after all.
