This just proves that, if there’s one thing celebrities love, it’s giving their babies unusual names. From Apple to Ocean, if your parents are famous, chances are you’ve got a whacky name.
Chris Martin and Gwyneth Paltrow named their daughter Apple because it “sounded sweet...

After Spice World came out, we kind of moved on to the next big thing, but the Spice Girls were still the most commercially successful British music group since the Beatles. So what happened to our beloved Spice Girls?
Scary Spice: Mel B.: Melanie Brown was the first Spice Girl to give birth. She also went through a whirlwind romance and subsequent nasty split with Eddie Murphy, with whom she had a child, though there was question over the paternity until Murphy owned up to it. Brown said of the incident: “The less said about the Beverly Hills Cop the better.” Today, Brown lives in Los Angeles and is married to movie producer Stephen Belafonte. She is currently pregnant with her third child. She’s appeared on Dancing With the Stars and the Australian Version of The X-Factor.

According to Access Hollywood, Mel seems to think Simon Fuller is the one who will be able to get all the girls back together. And if all goes according to plan, the Spice Girls will make their official comeback at the 2012 Olympic Games, which is being held in London.
“If anyone can pull this off Simon Fuller can,” she said. “He is the best! I’m from the U.K. and I think it’s amazing the Olympics are gonna be in London and I look forward to being there with the girls!”
Simon agrees with Mel B, and told reporters today, On Monday, Simon told the press he was indeed hoping to get Mel B, Victoria Beckham, Geri Halliwell, Mel C and Emma Bunton back together in time for the games.
“They stand for so much in British music history and I can’t think of a better time for them to get back together for another performance. The demand for them as a band is as strong as ever.”
“They will not want to be performing hits like ‘Wannabe’ in their 40s, but it’s amazing how often people talk about another reunion. And I think if they do it, it’s going to be in 2012.”
This would be perfect! It would give them plenty of time to come up with new material if they wanted to, and then they can start the 2012 Olympics off with a bang!

The group is not only planning a comeback show, they're in the process of launching their own TV talent show.
The show will revolved around the five members, Victoria Beckham, Geri Halliwell, Mel C, Melanie Brown and Emma Bunton, finding versions of themselves for a new musical to run in London's West End theater district.
A source told Britain’s The Sun newspaper: "This is an idea which appeals to all of the original members. It's a fantastic new way to broaden out the Spice franchise and cash in on their personalities, their story and their songs.
"The girls would have to work intensely on a TV show for a short period of time. But then they can launch a musical, which could run for months or even years. It will take on a life of its own. The concept could even be replicated in other countries. The sky is the limit with this one."
Sounds like a little too much Spice for us. Would you be interested in watching a Spice Girls talent show?

Geri Halliwell aka: Ginger Spice, wants to get the girls on board for a rags-to-riches two hour “pop extravaganza.”
But unlike the other comeback they're planning, they'll hire five new actresses to play them on stage for this project.
A source told Britain’s Daily Mirror newspaper: “The project is Geri's baby really but all the girls are backing it.
"The idea is for five relatively unknown actresses to take the parts and hopefully the girls will each have a say in who is cast."
Earlier this week Melanie Brown gushed about the Spice Girls reunion saying, “It's really, really exciting. I can't wait to be singing with the girls again!
“We are definitely going to be doing something together again soon. We're actually working on it right now.”
We've been on Spice Girls overload lately, and they haven't even official reunited yet. A Spice Girls musical actually has a lot of potential. Would you consider seeing it?

She told BANG Showbiz: “We are definitely going to be doing something together again soon. We’re actually working on it right now. I don’t want to say too much because I don’t want to spoil the surprise, but it’s really, really exciting. I can’t wait to be singing with the girls again!”
It was reported that Melanie was the one who reached out to the girls to get them back together for a one-time performance in South Africa next time, the same time as the World Cup.
We do know that Scary, Ginger, Baby and Sporty Spice are all on board, but Victoria Beckham probably won't be joining them on stage.
A source said: "Mel's determined to get the girls back together for the World Cup and wants them to plough ahead as a foursome if Victoria doesn't want to take part. She has got the others excited by the idea of a one-off appearance. They are very interested."
Do you think it'll be the same without Victoria? Technically she didn't do much singing, but she still had a lot of star power that she brought to the group. Are you excited about a Spice Girls reunion? Or do you think they need to just give it a rest already? Tell us your thoughts!

Spice Girls fans will be thrilled to learn that the group is considering getting back together for another reunion. Guess the money really was good!
Geri Halliwell, aka: Ginger Spice, has sparked rumors of a reunion after she went on live television and admitted that there's a "possibility" they may be working on a reuniting.
She tells U.K. TV show This Morning, "We are friends first and foremost. Obviously a career and music evolved through that friendship I think. Whatever happens afterwards is a bonus.
"We always talk about creative plans. Right - now, I'll be honest: We are gathering information about a possibility, but I don't like to... when you are evolving a plan, you don't want to share it with the world."
What do you guys think of another Spice Girls reunion? Should they hang up their high-heeled sneakers and call it a day, or would you love to see them back on stage in concert?

Her new man is London aristocrat Henry Beckwith, and it looks like things are already getting serious, since the two were spotted on a romantic ski vacation in France. Where does she find all these super rich men?
The Daily Mail reports that the two were even joined by Geri’s two year old daughter Bluebell. A source tells the tabloid that the lovebirds enjoyed a meal at an outdoor café, and even sported matchy-matchy his-and-hers white ski jackets.
In between skiing sessions, Geri and Henry engaged in public displays of affection as they kissed and cuddled on lounge chairs.
She sure does move quick! But given Geri’s track record, we’re not sure this one will last much longer than her previous trysts. Her longest relationship was with American dancer Ivan 'Flipz' Velez, whom she met on the Spice Girls reunion tour.

Former Spice Girl Geri Halliwell has ended her whirlwind romance with shipping tycoon Fabrizio Politi, just two months after she agreed to marry him.
Halliwell met Politi at a Florence nightclub in December and he proposed to her in his native Italy over Christmas. Yes, just one week later!
It comes as no surprise that Halliwell finally came to her sense and realized she hardly knows the man she's about to marry, and called the whole thing off.
According to a source, Halliwell "woke up one morning last week and decided she just wasn't the marrying type".
"She loved being in a relationship but decided that all she needs is her daughter Bluebell to keep her happy," the source told The Sun.
"Fabrizio is upset but totally respects Geri’s wishes. Her friends are not surprised."
Her "friends" should have been surprised when she agreed to marry him after just one week! Who does that?! She probably hardly remembered how to spell his last name in just one week.
Either way, it's probably for the best that they split now instead of later, the last thing her daughter needs is a temporary Dad.

"We are delighted to announce the engagement of Geri Halliwell and Fabrizio Politi," said her rep.
“As a token of their commitment to each other Fabrizio presented Geri with an engagement ring over the festive season.
"There are no immediate plans for marriage as the couple are enjoying their engagement."
While it's great that she's "in love," the couple just started dating! They had only been dating for a few weeks before he proposed.
The folks over at whosdatedwho.com haven't even had the chance to add him to her profile yet. Geez.
