Suicidal Clooney

George Clooney has revealed that he felt suicidal while filming 'Syriana'. My handsome future husband claims that shooting the dark political drama was the "worst year of his life" after a string of personal tragedies made him contemplate suicide.

He was quoted in Britain's Daily Record newspaper as saying: "Last year was probably the worst year personally I've ever had. My brother-in law died of a heart attack aged 45, my grandma fell, broke her hip and died this summer. And my dog got attacked by a rattlesnake and killed."

Clooney also admitted his depression was further fuelled by unwanted weight gain and on-set injury. He said: "I had to put on weight in about a month to do the movie. You should not put on 38lb when you are 44. Then there was this scene where I was taped to a chair and the chair was kicked over and I hit my head. I basically bruised my brain."

Good thing he has an Oscar on the shelf to remind him of it huh? Sarcasm.
