interview
with
Parade Magazine Brad Pitt made it clear that he would never run for office but encouraged his good pal
George Clooney to run for president with fellow actor Ben Affleck.
Unfortunately for Pitt, Clooney has no desire to run for office. He doesn’t even have passion for politics because of all the networking involved.
Clooney tells Time, "
No. As an advocate, I can take a side and stand by it and not have to worry about ticking off some constituents who helped get me elected.
"I don't want all those kinds of strings attached."
Clooney in politics would be quite interesting because he is so liberal. I could just imagine him with the stiff political types. Not pretty! Hey, maybe he could play a president in a movie? That’s the closest he will get to the White House
