George Clooney met a man and his wife that had just gotten married in the elevators of his hotel in Las Vegas. Being the great guy that he is, he offered to pay for the honeymooners to go on a romantic helicopter ride over the Grand Canyon. That sounds
really romantic and all, but the high winds meant their trip was almost their last.
A source said: "George said one of his favorite things to do was take a romantic helicopter ride over the Grand Canyon, but the couple said they were on a tight
budget and couldn't afford it.
"He then insisted on picking up the $500-plus tab, and arranged the trip for them the next day.
"But the chopper ran into some high winds shortly after takeoff, forcing the pilot to make an emergency landing and scaring the newlyweds out of their minds!"
