Gary Dourdan Going To Rehab

Gary Dourdan appeared in court today to plead guilty to two counts of cocaine and ecstasy. Somehow he managed to get out of any jail time!

Instead, Gary was ordered to enter a treatment program, complete the sixteen classes, and then the charges will be dropped.

Gary's lawyer said, "He very much regrets what happened and he's very embarrassed by what occurred, but he's looking forward to moving on and getting back to work. He is very grateful to the court for being understanding...

Gary Dourdan Arrested for Drug Possession

The mess that is Gary Dourdan was busted for drug possession in Palm Springs yesterday morning. He was arrested on suspicion of possessing heroin, cocaine, ecstasy and prescription drugs. Geez, that’s enough drugs to kill a small elephant

TMZ reports that the CSI star was found asleep in his car at 5:21AM when the popo approached his car. He's was held on $5000 bail, but he's already out.
