Giuliana Rancic, and her husband Bill hosted Las Vegas’ fashion’s elite at Fashion's Night Out at The Shoppes at The Palazzo on Thursday evening.The fashionable couple arrived in style as Giuliana looked stunning in a plunging plum Diane von Furstenberg dress and statement necklace while Bill looked dapper in a pinstriped tailored Dolce & Gabbana suit. Giulana and Bill led the crowd through their top five coveted items for fall including, a colorful chameleon bag from Fendi, a blue paisley men’s shirt from Billionaire Italian Coutoure and fur stilettos from Christian Louboutin. The crowd was then treated to a fashion show featuring top three head-to-toe looks with signature items from Diane von Furstenberg, Canali, 7 For All Mankind and Chloe.
